"It was a dream to stay on this property. It has the most beautiful views of Florence. The property itself is so picturesque it didn’t feel real being there. I loved the dogs on the property. The entire staff was so welcoming and attentive, especially Sam who was amazing! Highly recommend staying here. There’s no other place like it. "

"Overall, we had a good stay. The welcome was kind and friendly, and we appreciated the effort to make us feel comfortable from the start. "The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"The check in process was pretty easy and the room was quite big. It served its purpose, that’s for sure, but I would probably splurge a little more on a better hotel if I were to stay in Florence. There was nothing too wrong about Hotel Dalmazia, it was just very average."

"Did have to ask for the air to be turned on. However, for the price and so near the tram it was a comfortable stay. Take head phones it has thin walls. Good breakfast and there is resturant attached. Enjoy our stay."
