"Rooms were average. There were no towels in our room the first day so we had to request them from the front. There is virtually no service at any of the meals especially breakfast or lunch at the buffet. At dinner, we were lucky to get excellent service from Miguel. The bartender by the pier was always great and so were the towel team by the pool. The store/pharmacy inside the hotel is a rip-off but you pay for the convenience. You can also walk 10 minutes for more stores if you need something that would undoubtedly be less of a rip off. We enjoyed borrowing the snorkelling gear from the resort and did so most of the days. Overall, I believe it’s a place to be if you enjoy snorkelling or water activities like scuba diving and not so much focussed on resort services. "

"yes everything was great although it seems the cleaning staff is using some kind of sticky cleaning for the floors when they mop the rooms of using dirty mop water floors very sticky and leaves a dirty film on the bottom of feet when walked barefoot "

"Pool and ocean jump and access to ocean is phenomenal. The water ran out a few times when there which was unfortunate. Overall a good place to stay. "

"Great location for swimming and close to Buccanos. Across the street is a great Key Lime Pie shop but get there at 5:30. The lobster restaurants are great also. Hotel amenities are fantastic. Rooms all have a great view with a nice patio. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and the restaurants are great. Breakfast out on the water with buffet or made to order. Buffet is a little expensive at $30 per person. We did not do the all inclusive so we saved money and ate at restaurants around town. The only downfall to this property is the distance from the dives. In a slow boat it could take 45-1 hr. We also had a wonky shower that while it worked was difficult to get pressure through a large head. This is a wonderful place to stay and the beach is perfect!"
