We arrived on an extremely hot day and were warmly welcomed by the reception staff with refreshing, ice-cold face towels, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and well organized. Elizabeth at the front desk was absolutely amazing friendly, professional, and very helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel overall exceeded our expectations, especially considering the value, and the complimentary breakfast was a great added bonus."

The location is excellent: walkable to the ferry terminal, main transportation areas, and many restaurants. My room was small and very basic, but the peaceful courtyard was beautiful and really the highlight of the stay.
