「This hotel is located close to airport, and should provide free airport pick-up service as given in the hotel homepage. I asked for this pick-up service because I was first time in India, speaking no Indian and landing very late at 10:30 pm. I sent in advance 4 emails (the first email 3 weeks ahead) via Hotels.com to ask for the service, but NO REPLY at all. At the end it cost me a great effort to arrive in this hotel, short before midnight. Unlucky that I got a very noisy room in the 2nd...

「super convenient location to the international arrival terminal Mumbai - 5 minutes walking distance. Clean and nice room with reasonable size for affortable money. The staffs were friendly and efficient. 」

「Shops nearby was the only plus.」

「The service is OK, but enviroment and facilities are bad.」

「Needs more cleaning in bathrooms 」

「When you book from Expedia, the rooms shown are different than what you get. So be vigilant about that. Do not buy breakfast in the package, it is worst. Any changes to reservation is not possible when you arrive to property.」

「Shuttle bus cost 110rs room is not clean, saw cockroach in my room hot water only one bucket.」
