"O hotel é lindo, com uma decoração antiga incrível que rende belíssimas fotos. O entorno é cheio de verde, uma natureza maravilhosa, e uma trilha para passear por dentro da mata. Os pontos negativos foram: cama desconfortável, tinha um buraco no meio (acho que juntaram dois colchões de solteiro), roupa de cama e banho não estavam 100% limpas. O café da manhã foi o pior de todos os lugares que já estive. Por ser um hotel grande, achei que seria bem melhor. Pouca variedade, bolos secos, nada...

"Aparentemente o hotel não condiz com a nota no site. As instalações não são boas, me pareceram muito antigas. O quarto dá sinais de decadência. O café da manhã me pareceu que tudo era requentado. Contudo, pelo preço que cobra, penso que está correto. Não tem como exigir muito pelo preço cobrado. Mas por ser Gramado, a gente sempre espera um atendimento bom e boa comida e boas instalações, o que definitivamente não é o caso. "
