We love this place. We stayed there every year. Amazing hotel and spa. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is polite and always helpful. The Spa is awesome. The food is good not great. I love the breakfast but the dinner menu needs to get better.

Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .

O quarto estava impecável, a equipe precisa melhorar quanto à gentileza e também quanto à disponibilidade das informações, por exemplo houve mudança na apresentação musical do sábado e não havia informação clara sobre isso.
