Hotel com uma ótima área de lazer

O hotel tem muitas áreas de lazer, perfeito para quem tem filhos de qualquer idade! Surpreendente mesmo! Preciso comentar também que os funcionários são atenciosos, em especial a equipe do estacionamento que é muito eficiente. Porém tenho dois pontos negativos para mencionar, apesar do quarto ser grande, com uma mini cozinha ótima, a cama era absurdamente dura, num nível que nunca vi na vida. O segundo ponto é a parte de alimentação, tem bastante variedade, mas falta qualidade, notável que poderiam escolher alguns produtos com mais qualidade. Esses pontos são sugestões simples que tornariam a hospedagem em perfeita!

No geral muito divertido para família. Algumas questões precisam de mais atenção como a limpeza dos ofurôs e piscinas. A comida no geral é boa e bem variada. As areas externas como o parquinho de crianças precisava de limpeza. O quarto é bem limpo mas algumas paredes possuíam manchas que um simples pano poderia solucionar. A parte negativa é a constante abordagem dos vendedores do resort oferecendo "brindes"e chamando para reuniões. Muito chato isso!

Passamos dias incríveis!!! As crianças amaram as atrações, principalmente a escalada! Café da manhã e janta maravilhosos!!!! Muito cômodo ter um microondas no quarto, mas não são disponibilizados os demais utensílios.

Classifico minha estadia no Laghetto Golden como "boa". Quarto, piscina, café da manhã nota 4,5/5,0 pois já fiquei em melhores em Gramado, na mesma faixa de preço. Checkin e checkout fácil, atendentes muito atenciosos. Ponto negativo para os vendedores que ficam no lobby do hotel abordando os hóspedes para oferecer cotas de multipropriedade.
