「The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, but be aware that they are not there 24/7, but are reachable by email. The hosts were also very accommodating to my needs as an older woman, and offered me a room that didn’t require climbing any stairs as soon as one became available. 「Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.」

「Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door. We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time. It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.」
