"Saturday morning breakfast was average warm food Sunday a bit better Room 164. was in a poor state ,old furniture, chipped and units not levelwalls not cleaned opposite the bed No shower curtain so floor was soaking wet The window had only a half net curtain ,so as we were near the swimming pool complex so we had to keep the curtains shut for privacy The young man behind the Bar was absolutely fantastic ,great service and welcoming chat and a credit to him Also the reception colleagues were very obligation in everything we asked "

"Beautiful hotel, clean, spacious rooms, good service fron reception and a yummy chocolate cookie on arrival! Food is expensive and not much of a variety so decided to eat out. Spa was very relaxing with a pool, outdoor/indoor jacuzzi, stream rooms, sauna and aroma room. Plenty of beds available around 4pm but became busier after 5. Overall had a lovely time and we look forward to our next stay!"

"Lovely hotel in a walking distance from the town centre, highly recommend. Comfy beds, quiet area, lovely brekafast. The only thing I wasn't happy about it the fact that you can't open window at night and you have to sleep under AC."

"The hot tub was excellent and we used it earlier each day. Although we took most things with us there was a general store just a few yards away. There were two small issues which I brought to the attention of the host and they were dealt with immediately."

"Unfortunately my experience in room 414 last night was not good, there was an annoing continuous sound all night up above the room( not the air conditioning unit ss this was off) also the bed was unsteady. Each time my husband or i moved it disturbed the other person. This resulted in myself not having a good nights rest . Shame as all previous visits to the Grosvenor have been amazing ."
