Our initial room was not what we booked and it was changed only after several entreaties. Overall, a very bad experience 」

「What a great two day stay we enjoyed at the Driftwood Resort in Vero Beach, Florida.. We were very fortunate to have Kate as our concierge and special needs assistant. Kate was able to provide my wife and I with wonderful and extremely helpful accommodations. We are extremely grateful for her kindness and appreciate all of her willingness to provide us with the best stay possible. The room and amenities were just what we needed at the time.
