We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. I will tell all my friends to stay in this lovely hotel if they can to Venice.

good staffs and service . I love the style and furniture in the room. And the buffet breakfast is excellent and the best compared with other hotels in my whole trip. But the twin room is a bit too tiny. I think the price is reasonable for this hotel.

不錯的飯店！

Great location. 3 minutes walk from water bus station; one supermarket and one cosmetic shop nearby in the alley; two minutes walk from main street; lots of restaurants to choose. Fair price to stay in such a great place.
