Beautiful accommodations and so spacious! I wish there was a place like this everywhere I traveled. Would definitely return and will recommend to anyone I know traveling to Venice.

Super clean with beautiful marble floors. The host was very helpful providing us with good information about the area. Thank you!

Our stay at San Polo was spectacular! The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. Our host was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with our check-in, even though we arrived much later than expected. We had originally planned to arrive around 11 PM, but ended up getting there at 12:30 AM, and she was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were traveling as a family with my wife and our two...

Check-in was all done online in advance of our arrival and host provided great instructions on how to get into apartment. Apartment was clean and roomy and washing machine was very useful. Would stay again.

Great location in the Castello area of Venice near the Arsenale (the far eastern end of the city). Perfect location for attending Biennale, which is held in the Arsenale and the Giardini gardens (each a five minute walk). The apartment is also near Via Garibaldi, a lively area of restaurants, galleries and shops - off the tourist track! The apartment is very clean, quiet and comfortable. I especially appreciated the check-in format utilizing a code and keysafe, which allowed me to arrive late...

Very hospital couple that helped us throughout our trip and departure.

Charming IQ is a gem , these are appartmete ver well decorated, Tania an Katherina were extremely helpful and with incredible sense of service . Is very well located close to San Marcos Plaza and the Rialto. The kitchen is very well equipped and they included coffee, Panetone and a Proseco which we enjoyed . Fully recommended .

Very smooth reception--I was met at the Arsenale vaporetto dock and taken to the apartment. The weather was very hot, but wide-open windows meant an invasion of mosquitoes, so I was surprised to be told firmly that I must not use the air-conditioning before the last two days of my eight-day stay, due to the expense! That led to some quite uncomfortable nights. The heat meant that this was two-shower-a-day weather with a change of clothes, so the presence of a washing machine was very welcome,...

Great location, easy access to main canal, ac worked great. Laundry was well needed for our long trip. A must book for Venice!!

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was one of the best places we stayed. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. It has a full kitchen so that if you want to stay in you will have what you need. It is nicely decorated. It's away from one of the busiest streets so it's quiet. The apartment has a washer so I was able to was some clothes. There is no dryer so we hung our clothes on the clothes line. The staff were great! My luggage was lost in Paris and the staff got right on...

Lovely place, great location.

perhaps 75 yards from Rialto vaporetta stop in a small alleyway - inside all white marble spacious and comfortable. no view to speak of, but who needs one (are you really going to venice and sit in your room and stare out the window)? Restaurant in the alley around the corner was good. Easy walk to St Marks, near lots of shopping. We only stayed one night, but with a family of four it suited our needs perfectly and we would all go back. Lots of German TV, but a couple of English channels - but...

The apartment is very spacious, clean, and is in very good location. Highly recommended!
