「Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.」

「Apartment was very close to all we needed, and easy to locate. 2 min walk from private water taxi drop off. Comfortable for a family of 6 and would gladly stay here again.」

「Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door. We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time. It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.」

「This place is a self check in which means we either had to send the hotel copies of our passports through the What’s app or go to a different location to check in. We didn’t feel comfortable sending passports In What’s app so we went to another hotel to check in. The water taxi was $170 then we had to walk over 2 bridges with 2 large pieces of luggage, 2 backpacks & a carryon. We couldn’t even make it to the 2nd bridge because the streets were so crowded therefore we ordered another water taxi...

「The view from our room was just perfect. Private view to the canal while its not too noisy at all. Room is clean and decorated in vintage style. Service was great as well. We were greeted and good helps were provided during our check-in.」
