「Service can be better. The heater is annoying at night. 」

「The room was outdated, worn, felt dark. The bathroom was not clean, moldy. I had to have someone come clean it. They did respond quickly with someone to clean, but there was some mold discoloration even after cleaning. Phone was dirty. Breakfast looked ok, but I didn't try it. Went to Dunkin because I was not confident about cleanliness.」

「Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. 「Very difficult to get to. Must drive thru shopping mall parking lot or a back alley. Parking was very limited. Had to park along grassy edge of lot because they ran out of parking in the very small lot.」

「Being on the golf course is perfect and the views are incredible , breakfast was nice too. My only complaint is that the blackout curtains do not close, so the flood lights from the front of the hotel shine through the sheer curtains all night. That’s a silly oversight.」

「A/C was problematic. The Desk Staff figured out that the unit needed to be unplugged and re-plugged to reboot the unit. Elevator wasn't working. That problem should be announced in the website before you make a reservation. Cracks and splinters in a handrail that's in the parking lot. That's a safety hazard.」
