The location is very convenient — it’s in a quiet area, yet close to major transportation routes and not far from downtown Victoria. This made getting around very easy. The room had everything we needed, and the microwave was especially helpful during our stay. We were also very impressed with the staff — they were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would definitely recommend this place!"

"Our room was not cleaned. The bedside table had not been wiped as there was residue from previous guests. I was horrified to find a dirty beach towel hanging in the bathroom - how does something like that get missed by housekeeping??"
