「Friendly staff. Easy check in. Room was clean.」

「The microwave was filthy, crack below the door to the outside allowed plenty of cold air in, floor was peeling, bedding appeared used and unwashed, bathroom window dirty and full of bugs. No heat. We will never return!」

「Overall a great stay. Clean room, friendly staff, and convenient location. I had my small dog with me and the hotel felt pet friendly. Across the street from a nice walking path by the river. A bit disappointed that breakfast didn’t start until 7 as we were in town for a volleyball tournament and had to leave the hotel before then both days. I would stay here again」

「It was convenient to Durango activities, Pool was good, hot tub was broken, work out room was a joke, faucet in room was about to fall off the sink, and whoever painted this place must have been drunk and painted it with a mop or broom. Not likely to go back to this place but it was all that was left over late.」

「When checking in the place smelled of weed and it was the staff who were stoned. Charged for parking even if your a guest. It is not in a location where this should be a requirement. Location is not downtown , it is more like close to downtown. In need of repairs. Ac had very little temperature flexibility as it has to stay in certain presets. Its presenting dont even allow for the fan to run . Very uncomfortable sleep and stay . For the price I would ot recommend.」

「I skipped the breakfast. The room was very clean. Best location in Durango. Next to a bagel shop and train starion, two blocks from great coffee shop. Easy walk to Las Animas river and park. Deer roam the town, so beware if you are driving. Price was very reasonable. Kudos!」
