「The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. Food was premade so the sandwich was soggy and the bun tough yet wet. The guy working the players club was just sarcastic and...

「I booked on advance to be ready since I was traveling with an Elderly person, when I got the reception, I was given a different room, they tried to accommodate me but it took them a long time after a different room tryouts finally got the one I've originally booked. To top it off I had prepaid for my stay and when I was asked for my credit card they charged me once again! And now im disputing it. Just awful experience.」

「We chose the location because of its proximity to the Durango Silverton train station. This older hotel may be affected by a new hotel next door nearing completion but still is a reasonable choice.」

「Slower than normal check in process. Check on staff member had to work the phone and check on guests. She was very good but could have used some help. We were given an ADA room which was not desirable.」
