「Great staff. Reception was very helpful. Clean room. Quiet at night, slept really well in a comfortable bed. 」

「Check in was easy with no issues, nice friendly/helpful staff. Restaurant adjacent, Hippopotamus, which staff recommended and was very good. Did not eat breakfast at hotel so no comment. plenty of free parking at hotel. 」

「The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. 」

「L’endroit est très joli en bord de Seine, les chambres correctes, le petit déjeuner excellent même s’il faut soi même ouvrir les emballages pour se servir en cochonnailles ou gâteaux. Un gros problème néanmoins: la sécurité. Lors de notre séjour plusieurs véhicules garés devant l’hôtel ont été dégradés.」

「W.E en famille ds la suite Frida. L'accueil de Tina, la gérante, est sympathique. La déco dans les détails est remarquable et de bon goût ! Le pdj est excellent et frais (13eur) : viennoiseries, pain, yaourts maison, fromage, oeuf .... On se sent bien et on reviendra !」

「very well maintained place. they have a good breakfast. check in is kind a late, it was 5 pm and we had to wait and merge into some other place for check in time. it should be little earlier instead. overall, nice place and clean hotel and facing to beautiful church 」

「Le lit est très confortable. En revanche l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé dans la chambre, de gros moutons erraient sur le plancher... A noter que la salle de bains est toute petite, avec une mini cabine de douche. Mais le lieu était idéal, proche de la collégiale où nous assistions à un mariage.」
