Comfortable room and great location

The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time.

The rooms need updating, they are decorated like a cheap motel! Poor customer service - the man at the reception looked bored and like he couldn't care less. Breakfast was good, though, as well as the location of the hotel, right in the center of the town. But other than that, not much to write home about.

Beautiful town of Vernon, with easy tourist trolley from train station to Giverny, incredibly beautiful full of flowers and Monet’s home and water lilly bridge! It was an amazing trip! The hotel was beautiful, walkable medieval town, charming and great location! The room’s floor was dusty, perhaps that room had been cleaned few days prior, otherwise room was ok. Vernon was an incredible town and the hotel was very pretty too. I totally recommend it.
