The hotel was fine, it was clean, centrally located and modern. However, the staff member who checked us in was extremely abrupt to the point of being rude. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is perfectly located in the city centre, only a 5-minute walk from the old town. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and we really enjoyed the view of the river in Rouen from our window. The staff were very attentive, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. Parking was also available, which was helpful, even though spaces could not be reserved in advance. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would gladly stay there again.

Well thought out room. Plenty of storage for personal items in the bathroom, washing line in shower thoughtfully provided. Room was very hot and the thermostat didn’t seem to work. Opening the window allowed traffic noise into the room. Only stayed one night but would use again as location was very convenient. We parked in the Opera carpark a few metres away from the hotel costing 17€ for 24 hrs.
