Heating was important on this trip as I was on my motorcycle and as ever it worked well. Reception staff lovely as ever. Only gripe was I was leaving at 7am and breakfast was not available and nobody was on reception so I had to leave my room key by the door. Overall excellent value for money

FULL RESTAURANT

I booked the hotel because it has a restaurant. When I arrived the restaurant was fully booked. Was it fully booked when I made my reservation - if so why was I not told? Or why was I not asked if I wanted to book a table?

Our flight was delared. We texted the hotel through Expedia in advance. We arrived late, and could not access the property. The front gates were locked, and there was a fence around the back. They did not answer their phone. We stayed in hotel accross the street
