「not good management」

「Quite and clean, nice comfortable bed. Good well lit car motorcycle parking.」

「Good location to the highway with secure on site parking. The room was clean although in dire need of a good update in the bath as the ceiling was damaged and the bathroom door in need of replacement due to obvious water damage. We found the bed and pillows to be comfortable with clean linens. The staff was wonderful, friendly and polite, breakfast was good and included with the stay. The seating could use a good clean though as many of the chairs were stained.」

「This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.」

「We got to the venue much later than we had planned, but it was a comfortable night in a nice hotel with an excellent breakfast.」

「We didnt use the room all day, but first impressions, very clean and neat! The bathroom was shinning and nicely presented. The shower was powerful and e got small condiments for shampoo and body wash. Nice towels (although I prefer the large ones). But soft and clean. In a very busy high street so food and drink is in abundance and also getting tubes and ubers is easy too. Staff very friendly. I didnt have time to check out the breakfast, but it was complimentary and no extra charge to the...

「Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste.」

「FRAUD. Fully paid online yet staff at check-in claims hotel received no money and demand full payment again. Unfriendly staff. Free wi-fi running at 0.7mb , otherwise ask for GBP 5 per day. 」

「V helpful staffs!!! Thank you」

「離倫敦市區很近，房屋小巧舒適」

「Friendly welcome and lovely room. Lots of cosmetic work being done. The continental breakfast didn't really exist - I spotted some cornflakes but no milk. And some tea bags but no kettle.」

「Decent location. Easy car parking. The good points were breakfast. And a comfy bed. The negatives were no lift, and lots of steep stairs. The shower was very complicated to operate and took ages to reach a decent temperature and the control of the temperature was very stiff. No water provided. All in all bit run down.」

「Friendly and traditional.」

「Pretty good, the guest room is clean, tidy and very comfortable.」

「到展覽中心非常方便 」
