「The room was in good condition.However, it was not the room that I was promised through the website. When I booked the room, it showed two beds side by side in an open space. When we arrived, we entered into a room that had two separate spaces with one king bed and one area and a queen bed in another.That is not what I ask for or paid for however, when I spoke to the person at the desk, they told me that is what I paid for. 「The business facility was not appropriate since there were mold in the bathroom ceiling and leak in the bathroom sink. There was a cracked in the wall above the TV, there were not hot water for 3 days, the second day there was not chef so no breakfast, the room did not have phone, they claimed it was on repairs for years. The staff was very nice but the above mentioned was unacceptable.」
