「Air conditioning was not working. But luckily it cooled down enough at night to make it bearable. The room and the balcony were great as was the staff. 」

「We picked this hotel specifically for the king size bed and trundle bed combo. There were no sheets or blankets for the trundle bed, and no blankets available at all for the entire time we stayed there. We were told other guests stole the blankets, and they didn't seem to care that a lack of bedding took away the value of the room. At no time during our 5 day stay did they try to provide a blanket, even after calling the corporate office to make them aware of the situation. The breakfast wasn't...

「The room was not what we expected. The beds were hard as a rock. The pillows were so thin they were barely considered pillows. We had no refrigerator. The cabinet was empty, where the refrigerator used to be. The bathroom was important condition. The toilet was barely flushing. the faucet was extremely loose. 「Last min stay. My room was very small compared to the picture, musky feel. My curtain kept opening up which made me use my hair clip to close it completely. I had to put a bandaid over the eye hole of the door, if not you could completely see the room inside! I booked it for 2nights, but ended up staying for only 1.」
