"My reservation was moved to another hotel when I arrived"

"Great location and staff but the hotel and rooms were terrible."

"My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott was an exceptional experience. The property is impeccably maintained, offering spacious and comfortable accommodations, complemented by a highly professional and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast was both high-quality and substantial, and the convenient parking and proximity to the adjacent shopping plaza further enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning during future visits to Charlotte."
