「房間乾淨，設備完善，雖然是有歷史的旅館，但是空間維護很好，洗髮精沐浴露香皂是Nuxe跟電視。 工作人員友善，又願意幫忙。非常滿意。 在纜車站下車後，同樣一張車票可以在90分鐘內搭公車，Line A在教堂下車後，沿著左側教堂，有一個樓梯可以直接到達旅館。google map的路線則是會繞一圈。」

「This property has the potential to be a 5 Star hotel/resort. The property and surrounding grounds are excellent. The rooms are modern and spacious. The problem, and it’s significant, is the food and beverage. We had the worst meal in Italy I’ve ever had in their “fine dining” restaurant w a family party of 18 which we set up in advance. It was awful, as was the service. We gave them another shot with just a party of three and it too was poor. The pool restaurant is much better so I advise you...

「The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly 」
