「This is a wonderful spot to stay. Pet friendly, people friendly. Off of the highway enough to feel really safe. Clean rooms, great staff. I would pick this spot when on the road everytime.」

「Everything was great. Breakfast was ample and had a nice variety of ifems My only negative was the fact that the desk clerk gave the room number out loud. Not only to me but to the previous guest. I have traveled as a single women on many business trips and would have requested another room and only a written number on the key envelope. Luckily both the previous quest (who I did not know) and myself were with our husbands. I was also not thrilled at a trip jar in the breakfast room. 」

「We arrived late to the hotel on the final night of vacation and after just over an hour or so, learned that our son had passed away at home. We quickly got our things together and prepared to leave. The clerk was the first person we saw after receiving terrible news and they were very compassionate and kind in our pain and sorrow. I will never forget that.」

「All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful. Everything was nice & clean. The hot shower was super nice. Kids enjoyed the pool area & the waffles for breakfast. It was quiet at night. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. About 25 mins from the Chattanooga aquarium. We will definitely stay again when in the area.」

「Lots of stains on the carpets in the hallways when we went including bleach stains. Stairwell smelled horrific and the elevator shook violently at the top. Staff was nice and helpful. Water pressure was good and sheets were clean. Bedbug free which is really what matters. Not the worst place to stay, not the best.」
