「Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc.
Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment.
Only one access key provided.
Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff.
Overall a lovely place.」

「We had a good stay at the Flounders Lane Apartment. The only downside to our stay would be the lack of comfortable seating for a family of 4. There is only one small 3 seater couch, so one of us always had to sit on the floor or in a dinning table chair. I would also recommend watching the parking instruction video before you park.」

「A great stay especially for the price and distance, short walk to bus stops. It was spacious, well furnished and came with towels and some toiletries too. It has a few heaters although air-con on a warmer temp setting was sufficient.
However, the exact address wasn't clear until after the booking and I had to text through the guest portal to know the floor of the flat. Another thing was some of the cleanliness - a couple of the bowls, plates and utensils were quite dirty, and the tea towel...
