"Fatal el que el aire no te deje dormir con el ruido que hace. Deben modernizarse vo. Splits o un sistema central que funcione sin afectar el sueño de los huéspedes que esperamos un descanso sin complicaciones. Aparte no hay privacidad en el baño ya que la puerta no tiene seguro y más cuando nos hospedamos 4 que no somos familia. Pedí servicio de limpieza y no lo hicieron y cada vez que quieres toallas debes bajar a buscarlas . Debo decir que un chico anoche me subió las toallas y fue muy atento pero creo no les dan herramientas para mejorar la experiencia del cliente. Es mi segunda vez aquí y no regreso ni lo recomiendo ."

"It was a great stay and amazing view if you get the suit . I stayed there with my girlfriend fo a whole week . They have breakfast early but worth it . They also have dinner , didn’t eat but they do and room is pretty good . The only thing they don’t have is Netflix or anything only cable . It’s close by hotel to the airport too. I would say it’s a 9.2 /10 for me . "

"Independently owned hotel with lower standards of hospitality and care. Staff is lovely and hotel is clean and well built generally speaking. Breakfast is very low quality. In addition they will charge you $50 for being 15 minutes after check out time of 11:00 am. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot, but low quality shower head and they skimp out of offering conditioner. Minor stuff but for $250 a night does not meet value expectations."

"Rooms are not clean like it has to be. need to ask every day for towels. breakfast is poor, every day the same. eggs waffles bread cereal, apple, tv has direct tv bud channels are poor quality and a lot of disturbing on the screen. we had a doble bedroom for 4. in total for 7 days. other fam. member had a room with cockroaches and termites. we say never again. we travel a lot. and even cheaper hotels are better."

"I loved the size of the room. Very spacious, however the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Friendly staff and the shuttle service was excellent. Very good for a short stay."
