"I was disappointed in the condo. I was shown a picture of it being on the water. My view was the parking lot and pool. The condo was a time warp,of the late 70's .It was cleanish but definitely needed updates,or gutting."

"Condo had mold everywhere and the floor leaked water when I walked in it. The place was not your typical beach condo. No dishwasher. No toaster. There was noted mold on door when we got there and no one informed us. "

"The unit was very quiet and comfortable. I liked sitting on the screened lanai listening to the birds. There were a lot of woodpeckers in the area. If you own a bike, the Bonita Bay property would be a nice place to ride. Walking is great too. There were a few things that needed repair or updating. The unit was, however, sufficiently equipped and clean."
