"The room was clean and neat and well appointed. The only reason I’m not giving a five star is due to the fact that they allow homeless people to stay the night in the ice machine/snack room. When I was very startled the next morning because I thought he was dead ands not just asleep, I let the front desk know and all they said was oh yeah we’re aware. No real apology or explanation at all, just acknowledgement. I’m a woman traveling alone for business and I did not appreciate having unauthorized people staying in places they shouldn’t be, since they are not guests of the hotel. You also should not be charging for parking either since it’s not in any of the description on the website. Leaving it up to the front desk to tell people about the parking charge is cowardly."

"Best Western has always been great. I've never had one complaint. The small fridge and microwave was perfect. The coffee maker with pods is an extra step up that most hotels in the same price range dont have."

"The carpet in the room was filthy, the room smelled. The bedding smelled. Booked for two nights, couldn’t possibly stay the second night. Checked out early the next day. Hotel agent said the refund would go through Expedia. Expedia says it has to go through hotel!!! What a joke! I had to pay for another hotel for that second night! I’m trying to get my refund!!"
