The room was spacious, and I really liked that we stayed in a room with no neighbors next to us or below us, which made our stay feel very quiet and private. The staff was friendly and helpful, although there wasn’t anyone physically present at the property. Everything was handled through a monitor with a live agent, which was convenient and easy to use.

The room itself was fine, clean and comfortable. It was advertised as having a pool; it did not. It advertised breakfast; had none. But the biggest issue was the lack on onsite personnel. When we arrived to checkin, we were greeted by a kiosk with some guy in India explaining their procedures and taking our money. No real person. It felt sketchy and weird. In the future I’d go to the Holiday Inn next door.

For the price the rooms were clean and adequate. I appreciated that they let us check in an hour early with no extra charge. That meant that my room hadn’t been cleaned yet but they took care of it immediately.

This is a very simple motel style property but the rooms have been recently renovated and everything is very clean. It was the best price we could find and the location was good for everything we needed to do. There are a lot of places to eat around the area. The personnel was very friendly and accommodating.
