「Had bugs (roaches) all over the room and when I requested a refund I was told no that I could move to another room that was nasty or not stay. We chose not to stay. Still haven’t been offered a refund for this terrible stay and had to find a room for my family at midnight after a long day. 」

「Check in took a total of over an hour. Our first room received a bad key, drove back around to the office to be told “there’s been a problem today with these doors”. Gives us a new room, takes my husband to the door to make sure the key works and they walk in on another guest sleeping. 3rd room filthy. Needless today we slept two hours and left. 」
