"They lost power 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. Beds are rock hard. Staff didn't have any clue about anything. No managers on duty. Very limited parking near the hotel. Cooked breakfast was very mediocre so plan on eating out."

"Property is not as show in the photos. Property was very run-down, doesn't feel clean, room didn't even have a hairdryer. Front desk staff were nice but didn't speak very good English. Expedia said breakfast included but it's not. You must purchase breakfast from the janky "Starbucks" in the lobby -- would have been $60 for myself and my 2 kids to have some egg bites. Ridiculous. The 2 female staff members at the Starbucks were also rude and acted like we inconvenienced them. Definitely will never stay here again. "

"Pool was disgusting, rooms looked nice until you start noticing the weird stains on the walls, trash stuffed behind the tv stand, and the spiders hiding in the bathroom. First night was pretty good, second night the power went out for an hour at midnight and fire alarms kept going off so we didnt get much sleep. Would have to say the breakfast buffet made it worth it. Everything was delicious except the soggy eggs. "
