「The Liverpool Pod is a highly recommended hostal, very close to Goodison Park (15 matches left!), with a walkable distance to the city Center (the buses for going there are available and easy to use anyway), good amenities, well maintained bathrooms and beds and lovely, hard-working staff; wether it's for a long stay or a shorter one (such as mine), I'll take it again for visiting such an amazing city! 」

「I find it very difficult to review this. The staff were absolutely lovely as were the other guests. However, I felt very misled by the advertising. It was extremely noisy (I was woken at 4 am by footsteps above my room and as the people upstairs were dancers, I cannot think anything except it has zero sound insulation). I also didn’t realize it would not provide towels. I paid £95 and then was expected to pay £2 for a towel. Breakfast included was rice crispies or oats. Completely misleading...
