"Hotel was clean and the staff is very nice. The breakfast was okay but we were out early each morning so we didn’t use all our tickets since they open it at 7am. The hotel is on the outskirts of the busy bar scenes which gets interesting at night and the early mornings but the location is a 10 min walk from Shinjuku station which was very convenient. "

"Very nice location. Not a five star hotel but comfortable enough. We stayed her mostly for the convenience of being near the station, food, shops and the heart of shinjuku. Rooms could be updated but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the rooms. Bathrooms are nice and updated. Would stay again. "

"It is in a central location with lots of shops nearby. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted at each room so the room is too warm for us."

"Nice location. Walkable to all of shinjuku. Small rooms and the bathroom was kind of an airplane restroom; small ..all plastic.. the hotel is functional for what we required."

"Pros: Great location—close to shops, with a subway station right beside it and plenty of stores nearby, making it easy to get around. Cons: The hotel staff didn’t come across as very friendly and seemed to rush me when I went to collect our delivered luggage. I was alone with four large suitcases, and instead of giving me a moment, they tried to quickly move everything into the elevator or out of the way. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable—the worst out of the three hotels we stayed at over the past few weeks. The walls are thin, so you can hear a lot of noise from other guests, along with traffic and sirens outside. Would we stay here again? No. I regret booking this hotel and cancelling my previous reservation (like APA Hotel), especially since this one ended up being more expensive than the others."

"Perfect place, only downside is you cannot stay inside the capsule from 10:50 am - 3 pm. Forcing you to find somewhere else to go for a few hours "
