Location is 10/10, with the Higashi-Shinjuku train station next door to the hotel, loads of restaurants, 7/11s, and a coffee house nearby. Perfect for location and walking distance to Shinjuku. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel.

Didn’t like the breakfast compared to other hotels. Wasn’t as nice overall condition of the other hotels I stayed in Tokyo. I think you end up paying more to stay in Shinjuku and get less for your money.

+ Great location + Great and amicable staff + Affordable + Clean + Washing machine, dryer and Iron available - The room is quite narrow - Low noise isolation, you can hear the sirens going outside at night - The dryer was inefficient, after 1.5h, the clothes were still damp

This Hotel is awful and the pictures are very deceiving the hotel is very dated and the cleanliness is terrible. Our room still had the previous guest items in the fridge and fake eyelashes stuck to the wall the duvet inners are literally yellow with stains. To top it off this is located right next to the fire station so fire alarms all night. Very disappointing as we were looking forward to a nice relaxing stay for the last three days of our time in Japan but we seriously considered forfeiting the money spent at this Hotel to book another Hotel.
