"Very nicely built wooden chalet. The mattress is of 5 star hotel standard. Good farm view from the balcony. There may be noise from the railway but the balcony glass door is well sound proofed. Owner of the hotel was very nice indeed. Highly recommend Artisan to anyone."

Unfortunately, shortly after unpacking, I noticed what looked like a bug coming out from under the pillow. "Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved."

"Room 403 - Love the loft design with 2 twin beds and living area downstairs. Perfect for a family of four. hot spring tub in the bathroom is the best part. Breakfast is simple but you can have everything you want - salad, bread, cheese, ham, milk, soymilk, coffee.... you name it. Highly recommended!!"

Their Chinese restaurant also has excellent food with a very reasonable price. It even tasted better than some overrated restaurants. We will definitely come back again."
