This two-storey apartment hotel was clean, comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, high ceilings. It is located in a quiet residential area, easy access from Sheppard Ave E. I had a Queen with kitchenette unit - very spacious living, workspace and eating area. The bedroom had adequate space, an armoire for clothes, a safe. There was a TV in both the living area and the bedroom. I did not use them, though. The bathroom was updated and clean. Smallish counter but large cupboard under the sink. I'm not sure if there is elevator access to the second floor but the staircase is wide and well-lit. This property is in a very good location for access to North York/ Don Mills. Parking is on the side of the building. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Good value.

Great value in GTA, stayed a couple times now, not luxury but very comfortable and a quiet hotel with parking included. Good location close to many convenient restaurants and shops which are all walkable. Check I had always been a breeze.

It was a room. The staff were nice enough and brought items that were not in the room. But the extra sheets for the pull out bed were ripped and there was no full length mirror. The staff said there were no mirrors for safety reasons. I stay in many hotels - this was a first.

My initial review stated quiet and cleanliness as our first impression. We booked 2 nights to visit Sunnybrook and unfortunatley both evenings had a bad experience with loud neighbours both evenings, not very soundproof at all. Checked out at midnight the second night and slept in our vehicle at Sunnybrook Hospital. The staff was very nice

My room was as pictured on the website, with desk and kitchenette, dishes and coffee supplied. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and frequent bus service on Sheppard Avenue. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a heating problem on 2 different nights of my stay. It became much too hot in the 2nd floor hallway and in my room, after 10:00 p.m. The thermostat read 26' Celsius, although it was set to maximum 22', and it took over 3 hours running on cool to reach the desired sleeping temperature. Other nights were fine.

Staff were wonderful but rooms where so rusty.. Rust on the vent and ceiling. Furnitures were so old and filthy. They also dont have proper scanner to scan visa and DL. Manually scanned DL. Hope they can make it better.

Our room was very clean however it was very hot. The room did not have a thermostat or any good ventilation. There was no air conditioning so we had a very uncomfortable stay. We stayed in October so I can’t imagine staying in the Summer. The windows also only opened a small crack so they were not helping with the air flow.

Nice hotel, no elevator to second floor, so can be a loan if you have heavy luggage. I stay here at times cause it's close to office in North York but still off the beaten path so a trek to get to the core if you're walking
