大変満足です!

セミダブルにしたため狭かったですが、それ以外は満足です。 温泉付き、朝食付きでこの価格はとてもお得です。 シャンプー・リンスも良かったですが、ボディソープは香りも質も良く、購入したかったと思いました。 次回、伊万里方面に行くときはまた利用したいです。

お隣に温泉？があり、びっくりしました。お部屋は清潔。不自由な点は何もありませんでした。 朝食バイキングは大人気で、少し待ちましたけど、テイクアウト部屋食も可能とのこと、とことんお客様ファーストの対応がなされていて、とても好感を持ちました。また利用させていただきます。

足を骨折中で松葉杖でうかがいましたが、親切に対応していただきました。ありがとうございました。 不満を言えば、トイレ浴室と部屋の段差が大きく、私自身と足の弱った高齢者の母もいたので、出入りに不安を感じました。また、トイレのウォシュレットが古いタイプなので使い難かったです。

前回から大変お世話になっております。 息子の宿泊で利用しているのですが、スタッフ様の対応どれをとっても素晴らしいと思います。 息子の連戦への疲れなどを考慮し遠方からの通学のため利用しておりますが、疲れもリフレッシュし、試合等に挑めてるみたいです。 場所も駅近くでなんでもあるため何にも困ることは無いと思います。

気持ち良く泊まれました。

施設は最新ではありませんが、カードキーで部屋だけでなくエレベーターも解錠するタイプです。 食事会場はしっかり除菌清掃されていてる感じ。朝食はビュッフェ形式で、弁当箱に詰めて部屋でも食べられるように配慮されていました。 部屋の清掃は埃ひとつ無い程ではありませんが、清潔感ありました。 フロントの対応は良く、チェックイン時の女性は懇切丁寧で気分良く泊まれました。車で来ていましたが、駅もすぐ近くなので便利。 また近くに観光に来る際は、是非利用したいです。
