不喜歡：整潔度、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
Firstly, the deadbolt didn’t work, and the excuse I received was “ none of them work, you can use the chain….and besides, I’m here 24/7 so it’s ok “.
That’s not OK for two women staying alone they’re not familiar with !!
Shortly, after speaking to the manager about the deadbolt, I tried to go to the bathroom…. And noticed that the toilet water kept rising and rising and rising, so I had to call for him to bring a plunger.!!! Not only did he bring a plunger, but he just handed it to me like I was supposed to do the plunging !!! WHAT !??? Are you freaking kidding me….. and to top things off, the hallways were littered with stains of disgusting colors and the front door that was supposed to slide back and forth. You had to do it manually with your hand, and there was even a sign on it that said that’s what you needed to do !
Inadequate lighting in the bedroom, it was held together by electrical tape, and there was no lights above the beds ! It’s lucky to get 1 star from me !
If I didn’t have such a close by plan, I would’ve gotten a different hotel but I probably would’ve gotten charged and I was just so disgusted with everything ! I should have told Expedia !! I
