"The room was very nice, and it was fun that they provided a yukata in the room and made it easy to obtain more in the lobby. The grand bath was enormous, and I had an excellent time soaking in the different kinds of onsen water. The outdoors section of the bath was absolutely wonderful in the winter. It was also great to have the area behind the lobby before the grand bath with the restaurant, shopping center, capsule toy machines, and arcade; I really appreciated having those inside the hotel, especially during the frigid winter when I would have had to get out of the yukata and into winter clothes to go into town."

"The airport shuttle was difficult to arrange but the hotel was able to provide pick up and drop off. We slept so well there and wished we had more time to explore the resort. "
