"Have stayed here before on our previous visit to Japan, booked again because of familiarity and Black Friday deals. The breakfast was great and so were the staff, love the free little travel amenities by front desk ei) razors, toothbrushes , etc. It’s always very quiet and homey. Staff were super helpful with luggage service and staff always friendly at breakfast. The rooms were decently clean, the washlets bidet tool had some mold on it - noticed when pressing the wash water buttons and tool comes out. The rooms have washers, fridge and plates. It’s also located near Keiyku and Yamamote lines - easy to get around"

"The Westin hotel in Tokyo was a lovely and clean hotel. We stayed in the room 618 and we were lucky to have the view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. The only negative comment from my side is that breakfast is very limited for westerners and every day is the same choice. Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly."
