"This property is my regular "go to" place for my Haneda transits since it was first opened.
The rooms were always spotlessly clean and front lobby is fully staffed from the time you check, or just get you bags stored, there is always someone very friendly there ready to assist you.
Breakfast is rather pricey but it is convenient and very good.
I never had the need to use the laundry facility but I am sure it is just as clean and well maintained as all of its rooms.
For so many years since I first stayed, there had no single issue with the functionality of the rooms, all worked well.
This location is also very convenient for shopping, catching a bus or train rides to the city or beyond. A lot of restaurants are within just a minute or two of walking distance."
