"I left my phone on the train & the staff talked to the train station in Japanese & kept us in informed in English. Rather than call up to our room, the staff came to our room to talk to us. They came to the laundry to help us with our laundry too. So courteous, kind & helpful!!"

I looked forward every morning to taking my morning walks in the beautiful garden. The Tully's coffee shop they in the lobby area is a must do, drip coffee is to die for. The hotel is very clean and well as the room I stayed. I look forward to return to this hotel in the future. "
