Exceptional politeness and helpfulness by staff. Breakfast buffet or dinner buffet were alright. There was a huge selection but many things lacked flavor and it was VERY expensive. The shops in the hotel were great! Stopped in them almost nightly. And housekeeping can every day to change bedding, towels and give bottled water. Getting to Disney parks super easy with a free bus to the Disney Resort Monorail; which takes you right to the gates Would gladly stay again and HIGHLY recommend! 😁

Although American coffee was not available as la carte, everything else was great! I appreciated having a large bathtub and salts a available in my room, and the convenience store was quite reasonable, and offered interesting items. The shuttle to Disney was convenient, although I did have to purchase an additional ticket to get to the parks.
