Great location and staff!

Very nice and clean hotel that is located next to the Chiba monorail train station. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Check-in and Check-out were easy and smooth. We were very happy with our room. The beds were a bit firm in our opinion but they are properly sized and very clean. Definitely recommend the Vessel Inn and we would choose it again next time we are in Chiba. Thank you!

This is seriously the most kid friendly hotel I've ever stayed in. They had kid sized jammies and slippers plus tons of toys, books, and coloring books for the kids to borrow during their stay. My only complaint is that the breakfast only includes certain foods during the weekend. It was hard to find food for my kids during the week.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, 5 years apart, yet the property has maintained its condition so well as if it was grand opening. The room is bright and spacious compare to the local standard. The public bath is really a treasure. Buffet breakfast offers a wide range of varieties. I will definitely stay here again.

Unexpected Stay

Hotel is a good distance from Narita airport. We came in late due to mechanical issues with our plane. Stay was not planned and all close by hotels were full. We got some much needed rest here, room was clean, front desk was helpful. Taxi from airport to hotel was spendy. We took the train back to the airport. Express train was quicker and cheaper than a cab.

The staff was wonderful assisting us the morning we were supposed to depart. My wife ended up falling ill and the staff made it possible to move to a new room at a very low rate where she could stay until our departure time to Narita later in the afternoon. Those extra five hours of sleep really helped her get through the day and the long flight back to the US. Breakfast was good, room was quiet, but I will say the superior twins I would not recommend for more than one person per bed.
