Really enjoyed the shuttle bus from the Disney parks and the station. A walkable distance from the train station which was better than my last stay in Uruyasu. I suggest getting the breakfast while you stay as it has a wide variety and it is delicious. Easy access to bus times and other information. Facility was clean and tourist friendly.

Shuttle to and from the Disney parks. Short walk to family mart & 7-11. Lots of amenities provided and a small convenience store opened up at the hotels lobby. Would definitely book at Ibis again.

The room was a bit tight for five people but yoi quickly get use to it. 7Eleven is about half a miles walking distance and theres a shopping mall Aeon, thats basically down and across the street. The train station is within walking distance although I used Uber to get around. They do have a small laundry room which is always busy. I got used their bathroom and i really like their bathing room. They do offer a free shuttle to Disneyland and Disneysea. If I'm correct, their pick up shuttle usually comes latwr in the evening so if you plan to leave early, it's best to take the train or call for Uber/taxi. Ibis hotel is around 20-30mins near major city areas and heavy tourist area so it's not too difficult to go explore and rhen come back to a quiet area to relax. For the price, I'd highly recommend this hotel as most of the people staying there were tourists which is a great sign.

This is a basic hotel, confusing when you check in and have to collect your amenities to take up to your room. No food service or food to buy on site, I think they only offered breakfast. 7 eleven was nearby so we ate there. Other than that, basic room, fancy toilet, hard beds but they brought extra pillows which helped.

Over all good experience. The room is a little small but given that the price, it’s still has a very good value. A little far away from the subway station but it’s still walkable. They have shuttles so if you can fit your schedule with the shuttle schedule, that would be good.

Rooms are not sound proof. We had a toddler running back and forth above us for hours each night. Hallways smelled like chlorine. Breakfast was not great quality. Bread and pastries were stale and barely any healthy food. One bowl of fruit in a syrup and some banana slices. Breakfast buffet also opens only 20mins before the Disney shuttle leaves which you also have to line up for at least 15 minutes early. So we had 5 minutes to grab something and eat it fast. For a hotel that offers a shuttle, they should really adjust the breakfast time so families can eat and still take the shuttle.

Quick stay ok dirty bathroom

Room looked good at first but as we got comfortable started seeing hairs and overall dirty stains and buildup in sleep area. Ubit is compact as shown in pictures and that was fine but the bathroom smelled like heavy mildew and so did some of the towels. Are here is humid so I understand that but bathroom walls stunk and had grime build up in arras they just miss cleaning. For a one night stay its do able but do not do longer.

We are a family of five. We stayed at Ibis Style Tokyo Bay for two nights in mid-June 2024 for our Tokyo Disney Sea trip. Our room accommodated us with two bunk beds and an additional twin. The beds were comfy, with pillow (no extra available), and simple cotton linens that were soft. The room is tight for all of us, but we managed well with all the suitcases. There is a small compact fridge and simple hot water electric kettle with complimentary tea bags. Bathroom is small with a combo shower/tub wet room. Water pressure was great. The free shuttle service is limited to the Disney parks and the JR station. However, it’s about a 15 minute walk from the hotel to JR station and shopping (Aeon mall). You can easily take a JR train to any Disney Park destination if your schedule is not in sync with the hotel shuttle service. Buffet breakfast is available for a nominal fee, and it’s really good. Otherwise, there are no other dining options. Coin operated laundry available, but surprisingly only two washers and dryers for the size of the complex. The dryers are not efficient and we were left with damp clothing after one hour use… overall our stay was good. The facilities are clean, simple amenities, which was expected for the price. It’s not luxury, but comfortable. The rooms come with pjs, slippers toothbrushes, and toothpaste. You can grab other complimentary essentials if needed at the lobby like combs, cotton swabs/pads, and additional pjs and slippers.

Safe to say the breakfast was the best part of this hotel. It is outstanding. Also the free shuttle to Disneyland was a nice perk. The room was ok. The curtain was stained and torn. The cleaning service was nice every day. The location was a little far from the train station but we made it work. I would stay here again to eat at the breakfast buffet.

新浦安駅への送迎バスがあること、比較的価格が抑えられることからこのホテルを選んだが、新浦安駅へのバスは満員で乗せてもらえなかった。「１５分前に並べば乗れる」とのことであったが、明らかに乗客が多く見込まれる繁忙期にはバスを増発するなどして対応して欲しい。何組かは乗れないことを当然としながらも、送迎バスサービスがあることを謳っている点は不満。 ２泊したが、初日はフロア全体に下水のような臭いがこもっていた。２日目には解消されていたものの、建物が綺麗な割に清潔さを感じなかったのはこの臭いのため。

友だちと4人で泊まりました。 二段ベッドの部屋でしたが、写真で見たときは狭いのかなーと思いましたが、入ってみると思ったより広く、とても可愛いお部屋でした。 コンビニもホテルの中にあり、夜も安心して買い物に行けました。 中学卒業旅行だったのですが、とても楽しめました。 また、機会があれば泊まりたいと思いました。 ありがとうございました。
