Clean room. Easy check in and out process. Comfortable mattress. The shower head in the shower is really nice! Staff were helpful and polite. The free shuttle to the Disney parks was great. They had a schedule posted in the lobby for the times for pick up and drop off. They also gave clear instructions of where they pick you up from the park. The hotel is located about a ten minute walk from the train station and the Aeon mall. There are also quite a few places to eat within walking distant that include the Aeon mall food court.

We truly had an amazing stay! it is convenient if youre doing a tokyo disneyland/sea trip as the hotel offers free shuttle to the park! Friendly staff and also good breakfast!will come back and stay again.

Really enjoyed the shuttle bus from the Disney parks and the station. A walkable distance from the train station which was better than my last stay in Uruyasu. I suggest getting the breakfast while you stay as it has a wide variety and it is delicious. Easy access to bus times and other information. Facility was clean and tourist friendly.

It was tight for our family of 5, but comfortable enough for our 2 days at Disney. The breakfast buffet was amazing and by far our favorite breakfast from our whole 2 weeks in Japan. The shuttles to and from Disney were great. Many time options for getting to Disney, but not many options for the return. They have essentials to buy in the lobby if needed and a Family Mart 5 min walk away. The local bus stop to get to the train station was also very close and easy to use. Overall a nice place to stay.

Property was clean, fresh, well maintained and had a great onsite dining area with an affordable breakfast buffet featuring a variety of Japanese and western menu items. Staff was incredibly friendly and most were multi-lingual. Property provided multiple bus times to/from Tokyo Disneyland property in the AM and PM hours and even a separate bus time following checkout to the nearby train station (which is super convenient and thoughtful!)

Safe to say the breakfast was the best part of this hotel. It is outstanding. Also the free shuttle to Disneyland was a nice perk. The room was ok. The curtain was stained and torn. The cleaning service was nice every day. The location was a little far from the train station but we made it work. I would stay here again to eat at the breakfast buffet.

The staff is so accommodating and kind!! They even took our luggage up to the room when our room was ready and we were out. Buffet was definitely worth it and we ate there twice!!

The room was a bit tight for five people but yoi quickly get use to it. 7Eleven is about half a miles walking distance and theres a shopping mall Aeon, thats basically down and across the street. The train station is within walking distance although I used Uber to get around. They do have a small laundry room which is always busy. I got used their bathroom and i really like their bathing room. They do offer a free shuttle to Disneyland and Disneysea. If I'm correct, their pick up shuttle usually comes latwr in the evening so if you plan to leave early, it's best to take the train or call for Uber/taxi. Ibis hotel is around 20-30mins near major city areas and heavy tourist area so it's not too difficult to go explore and rhen come back to a quiet area to relax. For the price, I'd highly recommend this hotel as most of the people staying there were tourists which is a great sign.
