The room was very clean and had the bonus of a kettle and fridge. The bathroom was compact and well-stocked. However, the room was incredibly small for two people and there is little space for handing clothes/suitcases. The hotel was also not able to provide more than one key card which made arrangements more difficult.

Staff were helpful when I needed assistance. Room was small but that is typical of the price range in Tokyo (and Japan in general). That said it was comfortable and despite its location quiet at night

Staff were very courteous. Room was on the very small side, along with the bathroom. Compared to a previous Livemax hotel I've been to. Lights were kind of dreary, and no curtain just a single pull down shade that you could open or close. One of those you get what you pay for kind of thing

The hotel is average. Ideal for someone who wants a clean place but doesn't want to spend a lot. It's located near a lively and busy location in Shinjuku - right in the middle of action. Around 15 minutes walking to Shinjuku station.
