Staff was very helpful and spoke English. Room and lobby had all basic needs. Location is easy to find and right outside there is a nice view of Tokyo Skytree.
Clean and well thought out rooms that make the best out of the space. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend it for tourists trying to make the best out of their time in Tokyo.
Lovely clean room, great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and Senso-Ji Temple 5 minutes walk away. Calm vibe in reception with accommodating and polite staff. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff was incredibly helpful with baggage forwarding, storage and incredibly accommodating overall. The location was great for the Asasuka area and walking distance to shopping and one of the main temples in Tokyo
Excellent hotel close to everything. Bed was super comfortable. The room was very clean and had great amenities.Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Asakusa.
Great service, good location with lots of places/restaurants to see around it, not too far from the station. Room was a little small but not too bad! Wifi signal was a little slow at times
The room was clean and the staff were lovely. Bed was a bit hard but they had put a topper on it which was good. Great location, would definitely stay again

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Loved the hotel and location , but the beds are soooo hard!
Enjoyed location, easy walk to lines and area is very quiet. The rooms are a little compact but had space! Only thing was the WiFi did not work entire stay.
We only stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed longer at this hotel in Tokyo. It is beautiful, rooms are big for what Tokyo offers, and they have great amenities, including laundry. There are delicious ramen shops around.
